Welcome to the Good, True, & Beautiful ("GTB") Mail Club. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of gtbmailclub.com (the "Website") and the services provided by GTB Mail Club ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), including our monthly subscription mailings.

By accessing our Website or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

GTB Mail Club is a faith-based community inspired by the Titus 2 biblical model of mentorship. Our services are designed for Christian women seeking growth in faith, homemaking, and spiritual encouragement. By using this Website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction and are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement.

GTB Mail Club offers a recurring monthly subscription that provides physical mailings containing curated content (The Good, The True, and The Beautiful).

  • Billing: By signing up for a subscription, you authorize us to charge your provided payment method on a recurring monthly basis at the then-current rate.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel your subscription before the next billing date.
  • Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal on the Website. To avoid being charged for the next month's mailing, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change our subscription prices, but we will always notify you in advance via email.
  • Physical Goods: We aim to deliver high-quality, tactile items. However, due to the nature of shipping, we are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

GTB Mail Club invites members to contribute recipes, art, letters, or homemaking skills to be featured in future mailings or digital content.

  • Grant of License: By submitting content (including text, images, or recipes), you grant GTB Mail Club a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, print, reproduce, and distribute your submission in our physical mailings and on our Website.
  • Ownership: You represent that you own the rights to any content you submit or that you have permission to share it, and that your contribution does not infringe upon the intellectual property of any third party.
  • No Guarantee of Publication: You understand that not all submissions will be featured.
  • No Compensation: Unless otherwise agreed in writing, contributions are voluntary and do not entitle the contributor to financial compensation.

All content provided by GTB Mail Club, including but not limited to scripture memory cards, art prints, encouraging letters, and homemaking tutorials, is the intellectual property of GTB Mail Club or its licensors. You may use these materials for personal, non-commercial use only. Reproduction or distribution of our materials for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

  • Informational Purposes: The recipes, homemaking skills, and spiritual encouragement provided are for informational and inspirational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results from the practical skills taught.
  • No Professional Advice: The content provided by "seasoned Christian women" constitutes personal mentorship and spiritual encouragement, not professional counseling or legal advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTB Mail Club and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Website, the physical mailings, or your use of any practical skills, recipes, or other member-submitted content shared through our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GTB Mail Club and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your use of the Website and services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Leland, North Carolina.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the updated Terms on the Website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
