Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy - GTB Mail Club

We're so glad you're here. This policy explains your subscription options, how billing and automatic renewal work, and how to cancel whenever you wish. It works alongside our Terms of Service and our Returns & Refund Policy.
Your Subscription Options
- Monthly Subscription: $19.99 per month (or the current rate shown at checkout). You are billed once per month, and your subscription automatically renews each month.
- Annual Subscription: Pay for a full year up front at the annual rate shown at checkout. You are billed once per year, and your subscription automatically renews each year at the then-current rate. Discounts are not applied automatically; if you have a valid coupon code, you may enter it at checkout to receive any applicable promotional discount.
Automatic Renewal
By subscribing, you authorize GTB Mail Club to charge your provided payment method on a recurring basis — monthly for the monthly plan, or annually for the annual plan — at the then-current rate. Your subscription will continue and automatically renew until you cancel it. There is no separate action required to keep your subscription active.
How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time, with no cancellation fee, through your account portal on our Website. If you have any trouble, you may also email us at hello@gtbmailclub.com and we will help you cancel.
When to Cancel
To avoid being charged for your next cycle, please cancel before your next scheduled billing date:
- Monthly subscribers: Cancel before your next monthly billing date to avoid the next month's charge.
- Annual subscribers: Cancel before your annual renewal date to avoid being charged for another year.
What Happens After You Cancel
When you cancel, your subscription will not renew and you will not be charged again. You will continue to receive any mailing(s) for the cycle you have already paid for, through the end of that paid period. Cancellation by itself does not generate a refund, except as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
Refunds
- Monthly subscriptions: Once a monthly charge has been processed and that month's mailing has been prepared or shipped, the charge for that month is non-refundable. If you were charged but your mailing has not yet shipped, contact us promptly and we will do our best to cancel the charge or issue a refund.
- Annual subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop the next year's renewal, and you will continue to receive your mailings through the end of the term you have paid for.

Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our subscription prices. If we do, we will always notify you in advance by email. Any price change will apply to renewals that occur after the notice period; it will not change the price of a term you have already paid for.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a scheduled payment fails or is declined, we may attempt to charge your payment method again over the following days. If we are unable to process your payment, we may pause or cancel your subscription, and the mailing for the unpaid cycle may be withheld until payment is received. Please keep your payment information current in your account portal.
