Billing and Refunds

Monthly subscribers can cancel anytime by emailing us at hello@gtbmailclub.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You must cancel before the 15th of the month to stop the next months envelope.
What is your refund policy?
Monthly subscribers: You can cancel anytime. You must cancel before the 15th of the month before you wish to cancel. We do not issue refunds for envelopes that have already shipped, but your subscription will not renew after cancellation.

If there’s ever an issue with your order, email us. We’ll always do our best to make it right.
When am I billed each month?
Monthly subscribers are billed on the 15th of each month. Annual subscribers are billed once at the time of purchase.
Can I pause my subscription instead of canceling?
We don’t offer pausing at this time, but if you need to skip a month for any reason, email us and we’ll work with you. We’d rather help you stay than lose you.
Community Information
Is this like a facebook group?
No. This is a private app with no ads, no algorithm, and no distractions. You see every post in order. Nobody is selling you anything. It's just women encouraging women.
Do I need to be a Mail Club subscriber to join?
No. The community is a standalone membership. But the two are built to work together — the envelope puts it in your hands, and the community helps you put it into practice
I'm not very active online. Is this for me?
This community was built for women who are tired of being online. You don't have to post every day. You don't have to perform. Show up when you can, watch a video when you need it, and know that there are women here who are glad you came.
Can I find other members near me?
Yes. One of our favorite features is the ability to connect with women in your area. The goal is to get you off the app and into each other's kitchens.
Product Information
Is this a Christian product?
Yes. The Good, True & Beautiful Mail Club is built on the model laid out in Titus 2: older women teaching younger women. Every piece inside the envelope is created by women of faith, scripture is woven throughout, and the heart behind it is to equip Christian women to build faithful homes and pass what they learn to the next generation.
Who makes the content inside the envelope?
Everything is created by real Christian women. Recipe contributors, artists, seasoned women of faith who write the wise woman letters, and homemaking skill teachers. Every contributor is credited by name in the edition. No AI-generated content, & no filler.
Can I see a sample of what's inside?
Follow us on Instagram for behind-the-scenes looks at what goes into each edition.
Do the contents change every month?
Yes. Every edition has a unique monthly theme with completely new recipes, a new scripture passage, new original art, a new wise woman letter, a new homemaking skill, and a different small gift. No two envelopes are the same.
Contributor information
How do I become a contributor?
Visit our Contribute page and fill out an application. We’re looking for recipe contributors, artists, wise woman letter writers, and homemaking skills teachers. You don’t need a platform or a following — just a willing heart and something worth sharing. We read every application personally.
Do you pay contributors?
Contributors are credited by name on their piece, featured in our newsletter and on social media with links to their shop or ministry, and gain visibility with our growing community of Christian women. As we grow, we plan to expand what we’re able to offer the women who make this possible. Paid opportunities are absolutely on the horizon.
